PROGRAMS

Delegates represent countries they were assigned to in a given committee and are expected to negotiate resolutions to benefit their country and the global society. They must make thorough preparation prior to the conference by conducting in-depth research on their country's positions in a given agenda and are required to submit a position paper - an essay covering a country's perspective on the agendas.

각 위원회에 배정된 국가를 대표하는 대사단은 의제에 대한 협상과 토론을 통해 해당 국가와 국제 사회의 이익을 위한 결의안을 작성합니다. 대사단은 국가의 의제에 대한 입장과 정책적 견해를 숙지하여야 하며, 회의에 앞서 이를 기술한 입장 표명서를 제출합니다.

Chairs oversee debates and guide delegates, ensuring structured discussions and managing unexpected situations with professionalism. To help delegates thrive, they dedicate months to intensive training, in-depth topic research, and close collaboration with partner organizations.

의장단(Chairs)은 회의 전반의 토론을 원활하게 진행하고 대사단이 의제에 대해 효과적으로 논의할 수 있도록 지도합니다. 의장단은 수개월간의 집중 교육과 깊이 있는 의제 연구, 그리고 파트너 기관과의 긴밀한 협력을 거쳐 대사단이 대회 기간 동안 최대한의 역량을 발휘할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

Administrative staff are responsible for logistical matters, including passing notes from one delegate to another and resolving technical issues when they arise. Document distribution is also one of their duties. They contribute to the smooth flow of the conference by ensuring that the delegates act in accordance with conference policies and the voting procedures are conducted safely and legitimately within the committee room. 

스태프(Administrative Staff)는 회의 운영에 필요한 전반적인 행정 및 현장 지원 업무를 담당합니다. 대사단 간 노트 패싱을 비롯하여 회의 중 발생하는 기술적 문제에 대응하고, 회의에 필요한 각종 문서를 배포합니다. 또한 대사단이 대회 규정 및 운영 방침을 준수하도록 지원하며, 위원회 내 투표 절차가 공정하고 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 관리함으로써 전체 회의의 안정적이고 효율적인 운영에 기여합니다.

The HMUN Secretariat is the primary governing body responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of the conference, from strategic planning to seamless execution. Comprising the Office of the Secretary-General, Department of Finance, Department of Public Relations, Department of Education, and Department of Logistics, the Secretariat works in close synergy to deliver an academically rigorous and flawlessly operated platform for all delegates.

사무국은 모의유엔대회의 기획부터 실행까지 모든 과정을 전담하는 핵심 운영 기구입니다. 사무총장실을 중심으로 재정관리국, 공보국, 교육국, 운영국으로 구성되어 있으며, 유기적인 협력을 통해 참가자들에게 최고 수준의 학술 교류 경험과 안정적인 대회 환경을 제공합니다. 대회의 전문성을 높이고 사회적 가치를 확산하기 위해 전 전반의 운영을 통솔합니다.
